Jennifer Bloomer, Principal – Consultant

For almost 20 years, Jennifer has worked across a broad industry base in law enforcement, Defence, explosives manufacturing and live firing range operations. She has been exposed to many different types of plant operations, processes, safety systems and people. Jennifer is experienced in explosives testing, research and disposal; by live firing and chemical/laboratory means; development of explosive products; compliance and safety; international standards and industry protocols; transport and storage requirements, practical and theory training.

While there is always more to learn, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry with Honours in Applied Chemistry, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training. She has completed numerous technical courses covering explosives safety, management and use within law enforcement, research and manufacturing contexts. Past clients include:
